Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious individual for an Entry-Level Manager position at American Senior Benefits. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Wichita, KS, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Entry-Level Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies, overseeing team performance, and promoting a positive work environment. Additionally, tasks will include liaising with clients, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with the senior management team to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members Strong organizational and planning abilities to oversee operations and meet deadlines effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and drive successful outcomes Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to adapt to new software tools Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Previous leadership experiences, such as internships or extracurricular roles, are a plus
