New Logo Account Executive
in the Healthcare vertical, you are responsible for driving net‑new sales growth by selling Experian’s Employer Service suite of products to healthcare organizations across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, long‑term care, and other healthcare employers.
This is a true hunter role. You will identify, pursue, and close new logo opportunities by positioning the full Employer Services suite as a strategic solution to workforce compliance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization challenges within the healthcare industry.
You will develop vertical expertise, build executive‑level relationships, and navigate complex healthcare buying environments to deliver meaningful outcomes for your clients while exceeding revenue targets. You will report to Experian’s VP, Sales Growth.
Responsibilities
1. New Business Development – Healthcare Focus
Develop a targeted territory strategy focused exclusively on net‑new healthcare accounts
Identify high‑value prospects through research, networking, industry events, and outbound prospectingBuild and manage a pipeline aligned to quota expectations
Engage CHROs, CFOs, Compliance Leaders, HR Operations, and Revenue Cycle leaders in strategic conversations
2. Consultative Solution Selling
Diagnose workforce, compliance, and operational pain points specific to healthcare employers
Position Experian Employer Services’ suite (I‑9, E‑Verify, Verification Fulfillment, Unemployment Claims, Tax Credits, Employment Tax) as an integrated solution
Quantify business impact including cost savings, compliance risk mitigation, and process efficiencies
Lead complex sales cycles involving security, legal, procurement, and executive team members
3. Vertical Expertise & Market Intelligence
Develop knowledge of healthcare workforce challenges including high turnover, contingent labor, regulatory scrutiny, and margin pressures
Stay informed on healthcare compliance trends and industry regulations affecting HR and workforce management
Represent Experian Employer Services at healthcare‑focused conferences and industry events
4. Revenue Performance & Collaboration
Achieve and exceed annual sales quota
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Partner with Sales Engineering, Implementation, Security, Legal, and Client Development teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to onboarding
Contribute market feedback to Product and Leadership teams to influence vertical strategy
Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in Sales Prospecting, Consultative Solution Sales, or Account Management
Experience building executive‑level relationships
Industry sales experience in HR, Payroll, Workforce compliance, or Employer Services
Travel required – up to 40%
