The opportunity
Delaware North is hiring full-time Reservation Agents to join our Reservation Center team. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from future guests who want to make reservations at hotels and resorts across the country. Some in-person training will be required at our headquarters in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service Use all available resources to answer questions Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services Communicate with the hotel and resort’s front desk staff Collaborate with managers to assist customers and reach sales goals More about you
Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Customer-focused with a love for helping others Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times Comfortable using computers with strong typing skills and the ability to multitask Able to use call center software and tools No experience or diploma required Physical requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time Shift details
Evenings Holidays Weekends 8hr shift
