Lead Carpenter
We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our team at D Rohde Home Services. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
Assist with the construction and coordination of subcontractors for additions and new construction. Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks Perform general labor duties on job sites Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Commit to on time arrivals and an eagerness to work and advance Demolition, digging and raking, material handling, & assisting sub contractors and excavators with simple to moderate tasks Work includes bathroom remodels, additions and new construction, site work, excavation, & hardscapes Requirements:
Prior experience in construction or a related field Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment D Rohde Home Services has been providing top-quality home services to the Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange County area for over 20 years.
