About ReferralMD Founded in San Francisco’s SaaS revolution, ReferralMD is an enterprise digital health company focused on optimizing interoperability between health systems, insurers, and patients. Its platform includes referral management, patient access, prior authorization automation, e‑consults, decision support, fax management, provider directories, and analytics.

Role Overview You will be the face of ReferralMD to customers, supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing success. You’ll also act as the voice of the customer to the product team, bringing feedback and ideas to improve the platform.

Key Responsibilities Drive customer success post‑implementation by monitoring KPIs and introducing new features Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in line with SLAs Train and support end‑users via web meetings Manage onboarding and implementation tasks Research and suggest tools/processes to scale customer support Assist in creating product documentation, FAQs, release notes, and training materials Collaborate with product and customer success teams to improve service delivery

Candidate Requirements 2+ years of customer‑facing experience (SaaS/startup preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Empathy, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

Preferred

Healthcare experience, especially with EMR systems Experience in account management and customer support Familiarity with software user training Competitive salary ($50K–$65K/year) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Remote flexibility with growth opportunities in product, marketing, and customer success management
