JOB SUMMARY Seafood Sales and Service is seeking to add two salespeople to their team. Both will be based in the Orlando area. Ideally successful candidates will be in place prior to the start of employment. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right candidate.
ABOUT YOU You are an accomplished salesperson with the ability to work from a home office located within your assigned territory and travel to visit your customers and prospects 60-70% of the month. You have the ability to prospect effectively in-person and on the phone. Knowledge in the Frozen Seafood business is preferred but not required if you have a history of sales success in a complex selling environment, the ability to learn quickly, and can retain knowledge.
You are adept at selling solutions that require a consistent relationship with the customer. You are well spoken, can command a room's attention, and have high energy levels. People consider you a leader and you consider a sales territory as your personal business. You are accustomed to tracking your sales behavior and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement.
While operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth. Salespeople who fail to earn at a high level will not succeed at Seafood Sales and Service.
