Sales, Key Account Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring (Nashville) As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong executive relationships within assigned accounts.

You will own the overall customer experience, deeply understand customer needs, workflows and challenges with current solutions, vendors and partners, and drive business line performance within those accounts.

Your role

Build and maintain executive relationships within assigned accounts and own the overall customer experience.

Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers and Regional Business Managers to develop quarterly account and business plans aligned to regional strategies.

Design, quote, and present value‑rich hospital patient monitoring solutions and communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals.

Own territory and install base planning through MyPlan, ensuring account strategies, WOW execution and funnel management remain current and actionable.

Identify market trends, adapt engagement strategies, and align solutions to evolving clinical practices and workflow changes.

You're the right fit if

2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales or Business Development, preferably in medical capital sales and hospital patient monitoring.

Proficient at building strong business cases, closing deals and establishing credibility with clinical leaders and C‑suite stakeholders.

Able to clearly communicate the Philips Connected Care strategy to both clinical and executive audiences.

Skillful in assessing customer needs to define and support detailed solution specifications.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent, or 6+ years of sales experience.

Effective verbal and written communicator with strong presentation skills.

Capable of performing the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements of a sales position.

How we work together This is a field role.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

You will work in‑person at least 3 days per week for office‑based teams, while field roles may be performed remotely.

Compensation & Benefits Target earnings are $171,500 to $203,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.

Total compensation may vary with performance.

The compensation package includes PTO, 401(k) with up to 7% match, HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more.

Additional Information US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa at any time.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.

Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
