Job Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support and report directly to the CEO of TSSI (Technology Software Services & Innovation). This is a highly visible role within a global organization, offering the opportunity to work closely with a CEO who leads across regions, time zones, and functions. Based in the New York City metro area, you will play a key role in helping the CEO operate effectively by providing thoughtful support, strong organization, and coordination across strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Prioritization
Manage a complex, global calendar across time zones, balancing priorities and resolving conflicts
Coordinate high‑volume meetings with internal leaders, the Board, and external stakeholders
Prepare the CEO with briefings, materials, and context to support effective decision‑making
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, balancing access while maintaining strong relationships
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders, Board members, and external partners
Build trusted relationships across functions and geographies to support alignment and execution
Communications & Documentation
Draft and review executive‑level emails, presentations, and documents
Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, and follow‑ups, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Travel, Events & Logistics
Manage complex international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency planning
Coordinate logistics for Board meetings, leadership events, and key engagements
Support planning and execution of leadership offsites and strategic events
Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive day‑to‑day efficiency
Qualifications
8+ years experience supporting Senior Executives
Experience supporting a CEO or equivalent C‑suite executive in a global organization
Proven track record managing highly complex schedules
Experience drafting executive‑level correspondence
Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures
