We are seeking a
Director of Technology
to lead the design, development, and execution of modern data and application strategies. This role requires hands-on technical leadership with deep expertise in
Microsoft Fabric ,
Power Platform ,
Databricks ,
IBM Cognos , and
ReactJS . You will lead cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction, ensure architecture best practices, and oversee the successful delivery of high-impact data and digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical strategy for data, analytics, and front-end solutions. Lead implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using
Microsoft Fabric ,
Power BI , and
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) . Oversee data engineering and analytics initiatives on
Databricks , including lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and ML workflows. Guide modernization and migration efforts from legacy platforms like
IBM Cognos
to modern BI platforms. Provide architectural and development oversight on front-end applications built using
ReactJS . Manage, mentor, and scale technical teams (onshore/offshore). Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and clients to align technology with business goals. Ensure performance, security, and compliance best practices are met in all solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for innovation and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles. Proven hands-on experience with: Microsoft Fabric
(Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake) Power BI and Power Platform ReactJS
(modern front-end development) Strong background in data architecture, cloud solutions (Azure preferred), and modern analytics. Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing large-scale projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile and DevOps practices Familiarity with Python, .NET, or other back-end technologies is a plus Why Join Us
