Location : Jacksonville FL or Lewisville, TX 3x a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Pay Rate : 32.00 -35.00 DOE
We are seeking a contract Corporate Recruiter to partner with HR and hiring managers to recruit exempt HQ/corporate positions in various functional areas within the Client space. This person will manage full-cycle recruitment using Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), develop sourcing strategies, and ensure high professionalism and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: draft and post job descriptions, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone/video screens, coordinate interviews, present offers, negotiate, and facilitate onboarding.
Use Oracle ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview feedback, offer letters, and reporting.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and to set realistic timelines.
Develop sourcing strategies appropriate for exempt corporate roles in the Client space; leverage LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other methods.
Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with responsive and professional communication.
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with shifting priorities.
Provide recruiting metrics and dashboards such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Participate in process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience recruiting exempt/professional/corporate roles (mid- to senior-level) in Client, retail, consumer goods, marketing, operations, or similar industries.
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or similar enterprise applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and ability to interact with senior leaders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of roles.
Ability to be onsite in Jacksonville or Lewisville (Dallas) three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Preferred
Familiarity with Client agency environments or similar structures.
Experience with compensation negotiations and offer structuring.
KPI-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment data.

Expected onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
