What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for members, providing helpful, professional support.
Share clear, accurate information about our products and services.
Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and guiding members through their questions.
Assist with everyday banking needs—savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
Recommend services that fit each member’s needs and help build strong, positive relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
A willingness to learn and grow—no experience required.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr.
