Overview
Position: Graphic Designer
The Mid West Region is seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to support design efforts. Designer must have experience in both print and digital media and be able to convert copy into compelling layouts that fit the intended audience. Designer must be able to prioritize projects within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Applicants with experience in marketing and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.
Location - Hybrid in St. Louis
Salary up to $23.08/hr + full time benefits
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and ensure each piece adheres to an established style guide
Create and update marketing campaigns, print materials, web/print ads, tradeshow collateral, social media images, promotional items, business cards, mobile app pages, e-mail blasts, logos, website designs, storyboards, etc.
Collaborate with other teams within the department, taking content and producing necessary designs and mocks and communicating design decisions
Work collaboratively with and support members of the design team
Qualifications Desired Education/Experience:
A portfolio showcasing your work
3+ years of design experience (Required)
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with print collateral, brand identity, web, email and social media
Strong concept and design skills
Capable of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Ability to deliver on creative concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to others
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver in a PC environment
Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, responsive web design
Marketing experience
Work Authorization Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
