Position Responsibilities
Lead and manage all commercial functions including sales, marketing, SDR, account management, and partnerships
Drive new business development and expand relationships with hospital systems
Build and scale a high-performing, data-driven commercial organization
Partner with finance on pricing, forecasting, and revenue operations
Develop and manage channel and strategic partnerships
Engage directly with C-suite healthcare stakeholders
Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications:
Expertise in healthcare services sales (not purely SaaS)
10+ years of experience in healthcare commercial leadership
Proven experience selling into hospitals or health systems
Experience building and leading sales and commercial teams
Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
