Senior Content Writer / Website Coordinator (Bookmaking Industry)
We are looking for an independent Website Coordinator who will take over the comprehensive management of our bookmaker website.
The role combines strategic planning, cross‑departmental task coordination, content and SEO management, affiliate performance oversight, and ongoing operational work on the site. This is an ideal role for someone who efficiently combines analytics, SEO, project organization and communication with the team. Remember, knowledge of the bookmaking industry or iGaming is our absolute must have.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project planning and coordination – creating quarterly action plans and goals (SEO, content, IT, marketing), setting priorities and budgets together with the Chief Operating Officer, introducing tasks into Jira and coordinating their implementation in teams.
Collaboration with the team – planning and control of the work of the subordinate team, verification of the quality of materials and activities supplied from external entities, cooperation in activities on Social Media and monitoring data from social media in GA4.
Service Management and SEO – supervising key content and planning of publications and updates, daily position monitoring and data analysis in GA4, Search Console and Ahrefs, reporting and supervising the repair of technical errors, optimizing the website for SEO, UX and increasing conversions.
Content & linkbuilding – preparing a quarterly content plan and guidelines for authors, commissioning and receiving content, ensuring the expertise of the website, planning and acceptance of linkbuilding activities (services, anchorages, costs) – in cooperation with a linkbuilding specialist.
Analysis of results and affiliations – daily check of registration, FTD and revenue, analysis of partner effectiveness and recommendations for action, creating monthly and quarterly summaries of results.
COMPETENCIES SOUGHT
Experience as a Project Manager / SEO‑Content Coordinator / Website Manager.
Knowledge of the bookmaking or iGaming industry – Must Have.
Intermediate knowledge of SEO.
Practical work with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, WordPress, Jira.
Experience in budget planning.
Independence, good work organization and decision‑making.
Experience working with copywriters and IT/SEO teams.
Knowledge of affiliation, UX/CRO.
