Hybrid (3 days per week in‑office)

Responsibilities Art directors grasp the big picture of an advertisement and communicate it visually. These are artists with a vision and a core understanding of design. They set the tone and lead the style of the work produced and work in tandem with copywriters who draft specific messaging in an advertising campaign.
The day‑to‑day: Art Directors work closely with copywriters to generate ideas to present to a client. They are responsible for conceptualizing designs and rallying a team of creatives (most commonly artists, talent and photographers) to work on various projects. Qualifications
A college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post‑graduation)
Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
Skills/Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma (nice to have)
Interest in learning and using AI tools
Genuine curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for diving into client products
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to bring fresh, strategic ideas
Ability to clearly explain creative thinking and decision‑making
Experience or interest in contributing ideas, shaping concepts, and elevating social content
Demonstrated curiosity and proactive problem‑solving
Desire to help strengthen a concept‑driven team
Strong communicator with interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Compensation Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
