This role will be hybrid to Mettawa, IL three days per week. The UX Designer will lead user experience strategy, design, and implementation for Power BI dashboard projects for a pharmaceutical client.
Must have Power BI experience and be comfortable designing for Power BI and custom ReactJS dashboard interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements and user feedback to define dashboard UX goals and workflows. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes tailored for Power BI and custom (ReactJS) dashboard interfaces. Ensure dashboards are visually clear, accessible, and optimized for user experience. Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs effectively. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Establish and promote UX/UI design best practices, templates, and standards for dashboards. Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and project teams. Qualifications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven experience in UX design, wireframing, and prototyping. Strong proficiency with Power BI, data visualization, and analytics. Experience with ReactJS or similar front‑end technologies. Knowledge of usability testing and iteration. Contract Details
