3–7 years of technical writing experience, preferably for developer-facing products or APIs.
Write and maintain comprehensive API documentation, SDK guides, and developer tutorials.
Collaborate with engineering to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, developer-friendly content.
Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with style guidelines.
Review and edit for clarity, usability, and technical accuracy.
Work with XML DITA and Oxygen XML Author for structured content management.
Use AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to improve writing efficiency and content quality.
Use AI for content drafting, style checking, and consistency reviews.
Stay current with AI developments that benefit documentation workflows.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $38/hr to $43/hr on W2.
