
Product Designer

Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, coordinating research and design efforts to create intuitive and engaging experiences for next generation public safety applications.
Coach and mentor other junior members of the design organization, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
Define and execute user-centered design strategies, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals, while collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define the product north star, strategy, requirements, priorities and schedule by planning out design work to align with business priorities.
Collaborate with a global Design team to review concepts, evolve design operations and processes and ensure a cohesive Design approach across the company's digital products.
Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to end users and working with a global Research team to evaluate and further develop Design ideas to improve the overall experience of end users and customers.
Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
5% domestic travel and 5% international travel.
Salary Information
Target Base Salary Range: $101,300 - $202,600 USD
