We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.
What You’ll Do
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long‑term residuals
Work independently with full support and training

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation offers health benefits, 401(k) match, and is a commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Location: fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field of your team region
