The Role The Growth & Marketing function is the creative force instrumental in driving the growth and success of the Tezos ecosystem. As the Social Media Lead, you will take a leadership role in overseeing campaign planning, execution, and optimisation, while mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns, while discovering new ways to optimise their growth. What you’ll do Owning and executing the social media strategy Overseeing and guiding the production of high‑quality, engaging content for all social media platforms Keeping up‑to‑date on the latest trends and innovations in the blockchain space, ensuring content remains relevant for our target audience Monitoring community sentiment online and addressing any concerns promptly Taking ownership of operating and growing Tezos’ and Trilitech’s social media channels Tracking, monitoring and reporting content performance through insights and analytics Creating cost‑effective social media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing Trilitech’s social media presence and general awareness of Tezos Streamlining social media channels to ensure content and tone of voice is consistent Leading and mentoring the social media team What you’ll need Extensive social media experience within the blockchain space Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) Proven success managing campaigns across platforms such as Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Farcaster, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Proficiency in social media analytics tools with a data‑driven approach to reporting and strategy Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail What you can expect from us Flexible hours and a hybrid working environment; work from home and our dog‑friendly office in Soho with access to an onsite gym and media room Corporate Deliveroo allowance for when you’re working in the office Expense up to £2700 per annum for subsidised commuter costs 20 day working abroad policy 25 days paid holiday and an additional day to celebrate your birthday Enhanced parental & adoption leave to support you in your journey through parenthood We’ll double match your pension contribution (allowing you to contribute up to 5% of your gross salary, with us contributing up to 10%) Private medical insurance with Bupa from day one, inclusive of mental health support Learning and development initiatives to empower you in your career Comprehensive life assurance policy of 5x your base salary to provide you and your loved ones with peace of mind Trilitech is an equal opportunity employer.
