Our values Client Centricity One Team Impactful Compensation Range Total OTE - $280,000 - $320,000 Base salary - $140,000 - $160,000 Your Role Reporting to the Senior Director, Account Management Sales, North America and based in our New York office, this role sits within our Revenue infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within the Capital Markets vertical covering the North American region, with a focus on driving sales with existing clients. You will be an individual contributor with support from a team of experienced colleagues. You will apply a high level of strategic thinking and experience of the sector, in engaging with senior‑level (C‑Suite) stakeholders. You are comfortable managing sales at an enterprise level and demonstrate the gravitas, knowledge, and ability to represent Xceptor at the highest level. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key client accounts in North America. Deliver an annual revenue target, through upsells and new business. Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including identification of client solutions, relationship management, product demonstrations/workshops, and contract negotiation. Develop relationships with decision‑influencing senior executives within prospect organizations. Key Competencies Experience in identifying, managing, and developing large key accounts. A track record including significant sales of technology‑based solutions, ideally to clients in the Capital Markets and Financial Services sector. Solutions‑driven with a proven record of achieving/exceeding annual quota targets. High level of gravitas, with experience in engaging with senior‑level stakeholders. Highly competent in delivering product presentations, managing client workshops, and creating use cases. Excellent client‑facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to develop solutions that meet the needs.
