Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to grow with our team. This is a hybrid role requiring travel and will work closely with senior sales executives to support key wholesale accounts and contribute to growth in the independent channel. Key Responsibilities Manage Independent business, prospect new accounts, participate in key account events Ensure smooth maintenance of e-commerce and drop ship operations Trade show coordination, contracts, set up and recaps in coordination with Sr Sales Assist in managing select wholesale accounts and maintaining constant communication with Sr Sales Support order submission, follow-up, and confirmations. Customize selling tools including line sheets, ATS, lookbooks, seasonal best-sellers, and trade show invites Partner with cross-functional teams to manage production and delivery timelines. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Team player who collaborates easily and supports others Strategic thinker who sees the big picture and plans ahead Fast learner who adapts quickly and embraces new challenges Strong communicator who can clearly express ideas and listen actively Self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or equivalent experience 2–4 years of relevant experience in wholesale, showroom, or retail environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.), NuOrder/ Joor experience a plus!
