People Leadership & Partner Management (50% of role)
Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing growth team, including media buying, investment & pacing, measurement, and creative strategy.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for agency partners, platform vendors (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others), and cross‑functional leaders across Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and Digital.
Cultivate cross‑functional partnerships across the organization, breaking down silos to enable faster, smarter decision‑making.
Represent the Growth function in senior leadership conversations, serving as a key voice in financial forecasting, budget planning, and strategic investment discussions.
Global Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Own and scale a sophisticated global paid media strategy across all performance channels, including SEM, paid social, display, video, affiliate, and emerging formats.
Maintain focus on CPA, incrementality, and profitability at scale, leveraging predictive modeling to forecast outcomes across diverse global markets.

Bring deep experience with international market expansion and complexity, navigating nuances of global media buying across multiple regions, currencies, and regulatory environments.
Oversee daily investment pacing and budget deployment across a large and growing media spend, ensuring efficiency and agility.
Lead the continued maturation of Ref’s channel strategy, identifying opportunities to scale proven channels and testing emerging AI‑led platforms with a focus on sustainability.
Creative Strategy & Brand Integration
Champion a creative strategy that is cohesive across all channels, ensuring paid media reinforces Ref’s unique brand and voice.
Partner closely with Creative, Brand, and Merchandising teams to brief, develop, and iterate on content that performs and feels distinctly Ref across a large number of SKUs and frequent new‑collection launches.
Push creative thinking forward while respecting Ref’s production approach, acting as a creative partner rather than a prescriptive director.
Measurement & Optimization
Lead a nuanced, multi‑solution measurement strategy that treats attribution as both an art and a science, using data to make faster, better decisions without over‑engineering.
Build and maintain reporting structures that provide clear visibility into performance, incrementality, and the financial impact of media investment.
Stay ahead of industry shifts in measurement, privacy, and attribution; proactively identify risks and opportunities as the landscape evolves.
Champion a culture of experimentation, leveraging industry trends to accelerate A/B testing cycles and develop deeper insights into long‑term customer LTV and incrementality.
What You’ll Need
12+ years of growth marketing experience, with significant time spent in senior leadership roles at high‑growth consumer or e‑commerce companies.
Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale paid media budgets and scaling across multiple channels.
Global experience: planned, bought, and optimized media across international markets.
Deep fluency in performance marketing channels (paid social, SEM, display, video, affiliate) and the ability to provide strategic guidance to channel experts.
Experience managing creative, product, and performance marketing simultaneously in a high‑SKU environment with frequent new‑product launches.
Strong people leader with a track record of building, retaining, and developing talent.
Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with external partners, agencies, platforms, and vendors.
Analytically rigorous with strong financial acumen; comfortable owning forecasting conversations and translating data into executive‑level insights.
Collaborative, cross‑functional operator who builds bridges rather than boundaries and thrives in a complex, multi‑stakeholder organization.
A genuine passion for Reformation’s brand, mission, and commitment to sustainability.
