We\'re looking for a best-in-class, hands-on Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth strategy and day-to-day execution across paid search and paid social, SEO, email, content, and website optimization—driving customer acquisition and performance through data-driven planning, testing, and optimization. What You'll Do Own and execute Omni Fiber\'s end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, video/OTT, and email Optimize website performance, conversion funnels, and digital campaigns to drive growth Lead SEO strategy (technical, content, and local optimization) to increase organic demand Analyze campaign performance and continuously test, learn, and improve results Manage and allocate a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team Partner with agencies and vendors to ensure strong execution and ROI Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with revenue goals What You Bring Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related field 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership within an ISP or similar industry Proven success managing digital campaigns across multiple channels Expertise in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email automation, and analytics Experience managing large-scale budgets and vendor relationships A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Ability to lead, mentor, and execute—this is not a sit-back leadership role Preferred: MBA or Master\'s degree in Marketing Why Omni Fiber We\'re not just growing—we\'re transforming how communities connect.
