Job Scope and Responsibilities
Support the US Local Market engagement on and delivery of core packaging services as defined and aligned with Global McDonald’s
Supporting the deployment and tracking of local market strategy deliverables
Clearly communicating our value proposition through internal teams/competencies and directly to the customer
Supporting the account’s business needs and coordinating delivery of resources internally to address those needs
Support the Sr. Account Manager for all market requests
Support “First line of defense” in mitigating account issues and “first line of attack” in developing account opportunities
Support the execution of the account plan and support growth of existing businesses
Coordinate/align with particular competencies to deliver proactive account support
Responsible for identifying and resolving any barriers that prohibit tms/HAVI from optimally delivering the agreed-upon services
Work collaboratively with various Packaging Service competencies to insure optimal organization design and staffing in support of customer needs
Ensure effective internal communication and alignment with relevant customer stakeholders and key departments
Support the development of market level Packaging Business Reviews or Updates
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven business experience in customer facing role, preferably account management
Skills/Experience
Experience in the McDonald’s system preferred
Understanding of / competencies within the QSR/food service packaging space a bonus
Proven record of accomplishment of managing through influence
Experience managing upward and sideways within an organization
Very strong in building up relationships with different stakeholders
Proven experience in leading, managing and motivating non-direct reports
A self-motivated individual combined with results driven approach
Very good organizational and project management skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders
Experience in working with multi-functional teams
Strong in leading a team
Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills
Experience with financially driven business
Willingness to travel ( Willingness to attend key customer meetings at MHQ as needed
Packaging experience required
Starting salary between $108,750 – $120,000 USD
