We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. Responsibilities Manage Service Requests - Handle pre-renewals/renewals, complete Acord applications, submit to carriers, and analyze quotations. Client Support - Prepare proposals, summaries, binders, invoices, and certificates; review endorsements, policies, and audits for accuracy. Compliance & Contracts - Conduct contract reviews, resolve COI compliance issues, order endorsements, and ensure insurance requirements are met. System & Workflow Management - Use internal systems to track and prioritize workload; follow up professionally with clients and carriers. Collaboration & Meetings - Participate in renewal meetings and coordinate with producers and account managers. Training & Development - Complete certifications and training; assist with mentoring Account Assistants as needed. Carrier & Industry Knowledge - Stay up to date on carrier underwriting guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of property and casualty insurance experience 1+ years at the Account Manager level, preferred Applicable state Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent’s License Industry-related certifications desired College degree preferred, or equivalent experience Additional Information This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
