The company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on building and scaling a content-driven inbound pipeline . The role is responsible for developing and guiding content strategy across multiple platforms, with the goal of generating inbound leads, booking calls, and supporting deal flow.
The role requires an operator who understands how to translate content into measurable business outcomes, including lead generation and revenue impact.
The ideal candidate has experience growing accounts through content, generating inbound leads, and converting engagement into booked calls. Experience in B2B services, agencies, or founder-led brands is preferred.
Responsibilities Develop and own content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Define weekly content themes, messaging, hooks, and positioning
Guide founder-led content to establish authority and drive engagement
Create structured content plans including post ideas, formats, and distribution approach
Ensure all content includes clear calls-to-action that drive inbound leads and booked calls
Build and refine funnels from content to DM, form submission, and call booking
Develop messaging and scripts for converting inbound interest into scheduled calls
Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement, lead flow, and conversions
Identify high-performing content formats and scale production around successful themes
Support marketing efforts tied to conferences, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event content strategy
Collaborate with internal team members or external resources responsible for content execution
Provide direction and structure to improve consistency and effectiveness of current marketing efforts
Required Experience 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or social media strategy
Experience growing social media accounts with a focus on engagement and audience expansion
Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads from content
Experience building or managing content funnels that lead to booked calls or conversions
Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content strategy across multiple platforms
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
Comfortable operating independently and managing content direction with limited oversight
Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record of turning content into inbound pipeline
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a primary B2B growth channel
Experience working with founder-led brands or service-based businesses
Capable of developing both strategy and execution direction
Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes such as leads and calls
Organized and able to manage content planning on a weekly cadence
Comfortable participating in conference environments and aligning content with business development efforts
Compensation Structure Hourly compensation at $60 per hour
Optional performance incentives may be introduced based on inbound leads, booked calls, or revenue contribution
