If you are feeling stuck or under-appreciated at your current insurance brokerage, and you excel with real estate and large HOA accounts, consider this new Commercial Lines Account Executive role with a growing, privately held national brokerage that has no plans to sell. Located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, this role supports a key producer managing a $1.5M revenue book with 15 large habitational/HOA risks. The team includes 3 Account Managers and CSRs for support. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week in-office to foster team culture and mentorship. You will be the subject matter expert and the primary contact for renewals and RFPs. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through proactive contact Understanding client requirements and needs Providing strategic planning and consulting, including RFP production and vendor response analysis Reviewing large claims, utilization, and claims experience with clients Assisting in revenue goal attainment and policy development Developing relationships with carriers and service networks Resolving issues between clients and vendors Market selection for new and renewal business Generating new business through cross-selling Negotiating program terms and costs Mentoring and training junior staff The company offers a high six-figure starting salary with bonus, generous PTO, and a retirement plan. Candidates must have an Oregon P&C license, 5+ years of Commercial Account Executive experience with large property risks (HOA, condos, etc.), and excellent client-facing skills.
