Role Specifics Target Customer Size: $10,000 - $100,000 per month Book of Business Capacity: $3M GMV / $800k Net Rev Owned Account Types: Full catalog - site, waste, heavy equipment Core Focus: Upper mid‑market account management Key Responsibilities Own $3M GMV / $800k net book Full product catalog access Ideal Candidate Profile 3-5 years sales experience Experience with complex, multi‑location accounts Strong consultative selling skills Primary ICP Multi‑Regional Retail General Contractors & Tenant Build‑Out Firms ICP Characteristics Higher monthly spend potential Mix of site services + light/heavy equipment Standardized project playbooks Opportunity for multi‑market expansion NOTE: This role will be a hybrid role, with a requirement to commute to Downstream's headquarters in Richardson, TX.
