## **About the Role**Insureon is seeking an **Account Manager** to service and maintain a book of Management Liability accounts, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability, and Crime coverage for Private Company and Not-For-Profit clients.This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.## **What You'll Do*** Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of Management Liability accounts through the full policy lifecycle — new business, renewals, and endorsements* Gather client information and documentation; set up new accounts in our AMS system* Review and process policy endorsements, loss runs, and notices with accuracy and timeliness* Submit applications to carriers to obtain new and renewal quotes* Resolve client issues and answer coverage questions independently* Document all transactions and client interactions in the AMS system* Collaborate with team members to ensure renewal workflows are completed on time* Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to developing more efficient procedures## **What We're Looking For****Required*** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proven customer service experience with a track record of problem-solving* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability* High school diploma or equivalent**Preferred*** Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License *(support for obtaining licensure may be available for the right candidate)** Prior experience in Management Liability or commercial insurance account management* Familiarity with AMS or similar agency management systems## **Compensation & Benefits*** **Salary:** $50,000–$70,000, based on experience and location* **Benefits:** Health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; FSA/HSA; 401(k); paid time off; and eligibility for bonuses## **About Insureon**Insureon is a division of Specialty Program Group and HUB International.
