Account Manager | Inside / Outside Sales Job Title: Account Manager – Inside/Outside Sales Location: Kent, WA Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible) Pay: $28 – $35/hour Additional Compensation: Bonus, Profit Sharing About the Role We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage multiple customer accounts, provide exceptional service, and support both inside and outside sales activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role offers opportunities for growth and the chance to make a real impact on our business. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships. Conduct inside sales activities including phone and email support for customers. Participate in outside sales visits to meet with clients, provide product guidance, and support business growth. Write customer orders and discuss pricing, availability, and product alternatives. Assist warehouse team with order preparation and product pickup. Provide input on marketing, events, and customer communications. Ensure customers have a positive experience and meet their business needs. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or office). Proficient with computers and order management systems. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple customer accounts. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 2+ years of industry experience. Additional Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Working Conditions Combination of office, warehouse, and field environments. May include lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to temperature extremes. Some travel by car or air may be required.
