About The Role We are looking for a remote Strategic Account Executive based in the US or Canada to join our sales team. As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the full‑cycle sales process (including cold outbound) and should be able to develop a deep understanding of our target customers and the challenges that they face. The right candidate will have experience with value‑based selling, and be experienced in dealing with large customers as well as startups. We expect you to generate short‑term opportunities via your network and create new opportunities by identifying new target accounts and becoming an expert in our messaging. We are a sales team that’s focused on quality over quantity and value strategic thinking and creativity over simply following a playbook. We are looking for someone who will embody initiative, teamwork and be a self‑starter.
What You’ll Do Own the full cycle sales process including generating new cold leads
Use and maintain HubSpot for pipeline and outbound activities
Hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Build relationships with prospects up to the C‑level to create long‑term customers that will grow over time
Collaborate with our Product and Account Management teams to foster the transition from sales to client implementation
Be an expert at articulating the Arionkoder difference and value
Who Are You 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling tech professional services
Self‑starter that takes bold initiative
Clear and concise communicator and presenter
Experience managing deals through the full cycle sales
Success in outbound prospecting
Experience with deals sized $150k – $3M
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
Collaborative and competitive – you want to win but know that it’s sweeter to win as a team

Experience at fast‑growing companies
Experience selling Staff Augmentation
Pay and Benefits $130,000 – $145,000 USD base guaranteed salary + commission. $290,000 OTE.
Travel Travel is expected, less than 10% of the time, including our facilities in Latin America.
