Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end cybersecurity consulting engagements across areas such as risk management, security architecture, compliance, and incident response

Oversee junior consultants on project teams, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct consultative discovery conversations that position our services as the right solution to client security challenges
Develop tailored proposals, statements of work, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams
Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and client briefings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, working collaboratively with sales and technical teams
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address risks to retention and expansion

Requirements
6-10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or a closely related field
Proven track record of delivering complex cybersecurity consulting projects independently
