The Opportunity
This is a full-time or part-time, commission-driven role for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to build real income potential while having fun in the wine industry.
You’ll be working from our Tampa-area office, connecting with PRP customers all across the United States—helping them rediscover wines they love and re-engage with our brand.
And this is just the beginning: as our call center grows, this role will expand into new customer development and advanced sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Call existing PRP Wine International customers who haven’t purchased recently
Re-ignite relationships through friendly, professional conversations
Educate clients on new wines, promotions, and upcoming opportunities
Build long-term customer loyalty and repeat business
(Future growth) Participate in new customer outreach and acquisition efforts
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
Coachable attitude and desire for personal growth
Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
Love for wine is great… curiosity is even better
