Summary of Job Duties
Reviews ID cards and verifies accuracy. Confirm benefits on detailed benefit templates. Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines. Ensures thorough and timely completion of request for ID cards. Investigates requests from internal customers for special handlings, investigation of status of ID cards. Handles ID card request received via system from other departments. Notifies the Manager of situations that will impact access to Care for Customers. Responds to and resolves all inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Maintains established quality and quantity production Standards. Demonstrates initiative in clarifying and exploring unusual requests. Elevate issues and risks in a timely fashion to achieve resolution and mitigation. Provide routine status reports. Performs other duties as assigned Summary of Qualifications

3 years' experience in the health insurance industry with a combined focus on production and quality. Demonstrates ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player. Able to multitask, adapt to changing environment, willing to change priorities, ability to adhere to procedures and guidelines, review card ID detail, demonstrated professionalism. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven team Working knowledge of how benefits are constructed Ability to learn new things Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organization skills Problem solver and self-starter Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately handle multiple and varied activities simultaneously High School degree or equivalent.
