This position coordinates and processes for Deaconess Home Medical Equipment & Infusion/Freedom Medical or its subsidiaries (hereafter HME), covers the front desk, answers phones, processes referrals/requests from Case Manager/Referral RNs, Ancillary Services, physician's offices, other referral sources and clients. Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Experience Qualifications:
Equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Minimum of one year relevant experience and/or training Preferred Additional training in medical terminology, data processing and pharmacy experience. Preferred Other Key Words:
Home medical equipment, durable medical equipment, HME, DME, customer service.
