Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting tailored treatment strategies Implement hands-on physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation experts to drive optimal patient outcomes Provide essential education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and exercises to promote recovery at home Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with facility standards and regulations Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to foster seamless patient care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution Certifications

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Professional CPR certification is preferred Additional specialized credentials (e.g., geriatrics, neurology) are advantageous, but not mandatory Skills
