Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. We offer a professional work environment, competitive compensation, and ongoing training and support. Provide fast, accurate, and courteous service to technicians, retail guests, and wholesale accounts. List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets. Prepare purchase orders for parts and sublet repairs from outside suppliers and obtain management approval when required. Accurately list and price all sublet repairs on repair orders. Maintain records for all special-order parts and notify guests or staff when parts arrive. Maintain a guest backorder file. Organize and maintain special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure technicians return all defective parts required for warranty claims and tag them appropriately. Assist with warranty parts scrapping in coordination with the factory representative. Maintain warranty return parts inventory in a clean and organized condition. Participate in perpetual inventory counts. Maintain parts catalogs, pricing schedules, and technical bulletins. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs when required. Qualifications
