Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with expertise in eQMS and TrackWise Digital to support the implementation of enterprise quality management systems. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with quality, compliance, and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy and global standards Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize initiatives and manage product backlogs Support Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and validation Act as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution Contribute to change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality functions such as QA, QMS, or compliance Minimum 5+ years of experience working with eQMS systems, preferably TrackWise Digital or similar platforms Strong understanding of IT systems and business analysis methodologies Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences Knowledge of global quality and compliance standards Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise system implementations
