Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in manufacturing and light industrial staffing to develop and expand business within the Cleveland, Ohio territory. This role is ideal for a proven business development professional who understands the local manufacturing market and has experience selling temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue within the territory. Key Responsibilities

Develop and generate new business within the manufacturing and light industrial sectors in the Cleveland market Build strong relationships with HR leaders, plant managers, and operations executives Sell temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services to new and existing clients Conduct client meetings, site visits, and workforce consultations Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing Maintain knowledge of the local Cleveland manufacturing and industrial landscape Achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry Strong background selling into manufacturing and light industrial sectors Proven track record of business development and revenue growth Knowledge of the Cleveland, Ohio, manufacturing and engineering market Experience selling temporary staffing and permanent placement services Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently Compensation

Base Salary: Approximately $90,000 Commission: 10% on both temporary and permanent placements Strong earning potential for high performers
