What you will do: Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform and your personal network Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and spark their interest Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations Follow up with leads to keep the interest alive and aid their hiring journey Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system Earn commission based on the meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads What you need to excel: Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter attitude with a proactive mindset
