Account Associate
The Account Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of Institutional Trust and Custody clients. Key responsibilities include executing electronic funds transfers; processing the receipt and delivery of assets; supporting net settlement, trade, and investment activities; providing benefit payment support; performing master trustrelated functions; managing document retention requirements; and completing other operational support tasks as assigned. The scope of responsibilities may expand based on client complexity, business needs, and the Associate's skills, experience, and demonstrated capabilities. In this role, the Account Associate works closely with Account Managers and Relationship Managers to support client needs, promote client satisfaction, and contribute to relationship growth. The position also plays an important role in identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. Additionally, the Account Associate is expected to take a proactive approach to identifying potential operational risks, compliance concerns, and indicators of fraudulent activity, helping to ensure accurate processing and strong risk management controls. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Three or more years of customer service experience Preferred Skills/Experience: Thorough knowledge of general banking and trust products Advanced knowledge of cash and security transactions and trust operations Proven commitment to quality customer service Well-developed ability to timely and accurately process daily work/transactions Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
