What You'll Be Doing Develop & Expand Business Grow international freight forwarding salesfocusing on Italy-U.S. trade Target importers/exporters across industries (FCL, LCL, airfreight, etc.) Identify new opportunities and close deals independently or with team support Client Management Maintain and grow your book of business Deliver tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs Coordinate with operations teams to ensure top-tier service and execution Market Development Focus on Italian accounts and trade lanes; leverage cultural and language familiarity Understand shipping cycles, compliance requirements, and customs dynamics Stay current on global logistics trends, rates, and client pain points
