Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from patients Respond to inquiries related to medications, orders, and general support Assist users within a patient portal system Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer service Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups What You'll Love
