Occupational Therapy Assistant
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, youll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists. Responsibilities include: Ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes. With assistance of Occupational Therapist, developing and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs. Assisting patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques. Discussing treatment with patients and recording patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit. Providing continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff. Operating and applying knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
