Full-Time Receptionist / Package Concierge We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Receptionist / Package Concierge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors while also managing all incoming and outgoing packages. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive community environment. Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line system Greeting visitors and ensure proper check-in procedures Assist residents with questions, requests, and directions Coordinate all package deliveries and shipments (receiving, logging, notifying, distributing) Maintain accurate resident and business information Monitor and manage deliveries, messages, and service requests Handle maintenance and housekeeping calls after hours/weekends Track resident status updates (hospital stays, travel notices, etc.) Provide general concierge support (local recommendations, guest room coordination, etc.) Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Friendly, professional demeanor and pleasant phone presence Experience working with seniors is a plus Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred 5+ years of receptionist or customer service experience preferred Experience with multi-line phone systems Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to drive a golf cart and pass test Why Join Us?
