Position Summary The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by managing the renewal process, remarketing accounts, and providing outstanding service. This role requires excellent communication, writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct renewal discussions with commercial clients and guide them through available coverage options. Gather renewal information and documentation from clients in a timely and organized manner. Remarketing accounts when appropriate to ensure competitive pricing and adequate coverage. Handle service requests and provide support for various client needs as required. Build strong relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication. Collaborate with producers and underwriters to meet client objectives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management preferred. Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required. Proven success in managing client accounts, with a focus on commercial lines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
