Communications & Content Manager
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000

We’re looking for a Communications & Content Manager who can bring our brand to life through compelling storytelling, strategic campaigns, and clear, engaging messaging across every touchpoint. This role is equal parts strategy and execution—perfect for someone who can think big, write exceptionally well, and deliver with precision.
What You’ll Do
Campaign & Content Strategy
Build and execute content and campaign strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth
Translate business priorities into clear messaging frameworks and campaign concepts
Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Clinical, and Field teams to align messaging with real needs
Collaborate closely with our Art Director to bring integrated campaigns to life
Content Creation & Brand Voice
Serve as the lead writer and editor across channels (email, web, social, sales materials, internal communications)
Simplify complex clinical and operational topics into clear, compelling messaging
Develop campaign toolkits and multi‑channel content assets
Maintain and evolve a consistent, authentic brand voice
Internal Communications & Engagement
Lead internal communication strategy (newsletters, announcements, leadership messaging)
Drive employee engagement through thoughtful, aligned communication initiatives
Partner with leadership and HR on company‑wide communications and change management
Manage communication platforms and content calendars
Project Management & Execution
Own workflows, timelines, and priorities across marketing initiatives (Monday.com)
Lead cross‑functional campaign execution across channels (email, social, SMS, direct mail)
Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brand, and at a high standard
Build and optimize processes that improve efficiency and output
Performance & Optimization
Track and analyze campaign and content performance across channels
Use data and stakeholder feedback to refine messaging, targeting, and execution
Continuously improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall marketing impact
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or campaign management
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content
Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Experience building and managing cross‑functional workflows and timelines
Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
