Role Overview Step into a blended role where your mastery of social media management meets your skills in vibe‑coded aesthetics, graphic design, photography/videography, and editing. This role requires you to think like a strategist, design like an artist, and execute with precision. What You’ll Do Balance a wide range of industry social platforms and strategies. Develop innovative social media strategies that align with client objectives. Design captivating visuals for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Edit photos and videos to enhance quality and convey the right message using tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom/Adobe, and native platform features. Create and manage content calendars that blend brand identity with current trends to maximize engagement. Craft compelling content through expert copywriting, creative visuals, and targeted messaging in the tone of voice of the brand. Develop impressive graphic design projects for social media. Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy continually. Engage with online communities, responding in a manner that fosters interaction, loyalty, and growth. Use AI to optimize internal processes and scheduling tools to regulate posting performance. Conduct and lead client‑facing meetings to present strategy, reporting, ideation, and facilitate cross‑team integrations. Your Skills 3-5 years of combined experience in social media management, graphic design, photography, and editing. 1 year of agency experience managing multiple industries across many social platforms. Proficiency in AI prompting and utilization. Mastery of social algorithms, trending edits, and in‑app editing tools on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. In‑depth knowledge and understanding of social metrics. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, PR, or a related field, with additional certifications in graphic design or photography preferred. Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
