Design with purpose. Tell stories that matter. CAPSA is seeking a Visual Communications Manager & Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across our organization. This role transforms complex information and real community impact into clear, compelling, and mission‑centered design that inspires understanding, trust, and support for individuals and families affected by abuse. What You'll Do Design and produce high‑quality visual communications across digital, print, web, and video Create materials that support fundraising, community education, program outreach, and events Translate impact data, outcomes, and stories into accessible visual formats (reports, infographics, presentations) Maintain and evolve CAPSA's visual brand system, ensuring consistency and accessibility Develop and execute large‑format visual campaigns, including billboards, transit ads, and outdoor media Build and manage templates and tools that empower staff to create aligned materials Collaborate cross‑functionally with programs, development, leadership, and external vendors What You'll Bring 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications A strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, presentation, and multi‑page design Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with web design principles, UX, and accessibility (WordPress experience a plus) Strong PowerPoint skills, including branded templates and executive‑level presentations Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment A commitment to respectful, trauma‑informed storytelling and survivor dignity Why CAPSA At CAPSA, your work directly supports safety, healing, and resilience in our community.
